We, the employees of Upstate Carolina Medical Center and our physician partners, will deliver the most remarkable patient experience, in every dimension, every time.
Upstate Carolina Medical Center has been providing quality healthcare to the city of Gaffney and Cherokee County since 1988. As an acute care facility, our 125-bed, 145,000 square foot hospital is able to meet all but the most complex healthcare needs.
With the opening of the new outpatient services in 2007 and the recently renovated emergency department, we continue to strive to provide the best health services possible. Upstate Carolina Medical Center provides services in maternity, surgery, medical, emergency and intensive care. In addition, the hospital provides outpatient services including a pain clinic, bariatrics, wound care and sleep disorder studies.
Our mission is to improve the health of our community, one person at a time. The physicians, administrators and associates of Upstate Carolina have a commitment to make our community the best it can be. Supporting each other through teamwork and compassion, we value the importance of each and every customer and patient that comes to us. We treat our customers and their families, staff and other healthcare providers as family members with kindness, patience, empathy and respect.
