Upstate Carolina Medical Center has been providing quality healthcare to the city of Gaffney and Cherokee County since 1988. As an acute care facility, our 125-bed, 145,000 square foot hospital is able to meet all but the most complex healthcare needs. With the opening of the new outpatient services in 2007 and the recently renovated emergency department, we continue to strive to provide the best health services possible. Upstate Carolina Medical Center provides services in maternity, surgery, medical, emergency and intensive care. In addition, the hospital provides outpatient services including a pain clinic, bariatrics, wound care and sleep disorder studies.
Through several clinical quality and patient satisfaction initiatives, our hospital continues to provide the level of service and expertise necessary to make Upstate Carolina the provider of choice for Cherokee County.
