Patient Advocacy Services

As a patient of Upstate Carolina Medical Center, you may have patient care concerns that need special attention.  If so, speak to a member of your healthcare team who can best help you.  That person may be your nurse, doctor, or the department director. 

If you are unable to resolve your concerns with a team member, our Patient Advocate may be able to help you.  The Patient Advocate is available to all patients and will provide open communication and promote the best possible care between the hospital's staff, physicians, and the patient.
